Summary
MHP collects your name, email, and sometimes phone number when you express interest in a run club session, enquire about training, or make a purchase from the online store. This information is used to respond to you and to operate these services. Training forms may request information about injuries or medical history to ensure sessions are coached safely; this information is not used for marketing. Marketing emails are sent only to individuals who have opted in, and each includes an unsubscribe link.

Who this policy covers
This policy applies to mhptraining.com and all information collected through it, including the RUNCLUBS interest form, the TRAINING enquiry and booking forms, and the online store once it is live. It applies to MHP (Mindset, Health, Power), based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, NSW.

What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, and phone number if provided, when you express interest in a run club session, enquire about training, or book a session.
- Training and health information: if a session or one-on-one intake requests information about injuries, medical conditions, or fitness history, only the information a coach needs to conduct the session safely is collected.
- Order and payment information: once the store is live, this includes shipping address and order details. Payment card details are handled directly by Squarespace's payment processor; MHP does not see or store full card numbers.
- Site usage information: standard technical data (browser, device, pages viewed) collected automatically by Squarespace and any analytics tool in use.

How we collect it
Information is collected directly through the forms on this site, including run club interest, training enquiries, the calendar, and checkout, and automatically through cookies and similar technology while browsing the site. See the cookie banner on this site for further detail and to change preferences at any time.

Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries about run club, training, or orders.
- To operate sessions, maintain the calendar, and coach safely.
- To process and fulfil store orders.
- To send marketing or updates to individuals who have opted in, until they opt out.
- To maintain the site and understand its use, in aggregate.
Information is not used beyond the purposes described above.

Health and fitness information
Where a training intake or enquiry form requests information about injuries, conditions, or fitness history, this information is used only by the coach conducting the session. It is not shared for marketing purposes, not sold, and not combined with other information beyond what is required to coach safely. It may be deleted on request once no longer required for coaching.

Who we share it with
Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with the services required to operate the site and the business:
- Squarespace: hosts the site, stores form submissions, and (once live) operates the store and payment processing.
- Email tools, where used for run club or training updates.
- Analytics tools, if enabled, in aggregated or de-identified form where possible.
No other party receives this information. Squarespace's own privacy policy describes how it processes data as part of operating the site.

Cookies
This site uses a cookie banner, shown on first visit, to request permission before non-essential cookies are used. Preferences can be changed at any time by reopening the banner from the site footer.

Storage and security
Information is stored on Squarespace's infrastructure and retained only as long as required for the purpose it was collected. Enquiries and interest sign-ups are cleared periodically. Order records are retained as required for tax and consumer law purposes.

Your rights
A request to access, correct, or delete personal information held by MHP may be made at any time using the details in section 12. Requests will be actioned within a reasonable time. Concerns about how information has been handled may also be raised with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Marketing emails
Marketing or update emails are sent only to individuals who have opted in, by ticking a box on a form or signing up separately. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out takes effect immediately, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003.

This policy will be updated if the information collected, or how it is used, changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
